Database CPU usage spiked very quickly, and the auto-scaling didn’t happen as quickly as we expected.
We have increased the base limits of our database servers to handle the load.
Please refresh your Louper Dashboard or close any Louper tabs and then open a new Louper tab to join a room.

Some users are reporting unable to enter their Louper Rooms

We have had no other incident reports regarding being unable to enter Louper rooms. All customer are reporting that they can now enter rooms.
